Giovanni Doimo, a real bartender, after many years of practicing Flair, realized that the professional
bartenders were not supplied with a sufficient range of products. So inspired by his devotion to the
bartender job, decided to create specific equipments to cover the professional bartenders market.
The technical features of the products used, have been studied specifically to guarantee the high
quality of the products which are all MADE IN ITALY.
For this reason the Doimo´s creations are going to be placed into a mid-high range of products,
and the purpose of the creator, Giovanni Doimo, is not to be competitive with other poducts,
but to stand apart satisfying a specific category of professional bartender that want to
get something different, special, unique.
Therefore the Doimo Flair company was established in 2004, after having realized that the products
were recognized as something new and indeed interesting for the market. All products are signed with
the Doimo Flair logo to guarantee the real Doimo Flair creation, and as you can see in details, the
range of products is quite concentrated since Giovanni Doimo get the know-how to produce and in
this way to be specialized in just a few category of products.
