Doimo Flair * Professional Bartending
The history of the Doimo Flair company goes back to the year 2000, when Doimo Giovanni who with a background of an ice cream shop family business, started to attend several bartender courses and together with his brother Doimo Dario, they started this passion for the flair bartender. After attending several national and international competition, specialized courses for food and beverages, they decided to create the Doimo Flair company in 2004 starting from the creation of the flair bottle with a unique design not present in the market. The Doimo flair staff is a family business, the mind is of course of it is from the creator Giovanni Doimo followed by his younger brother Dario Doimo who is the image of the company, testing all the products and their sister Novella Doimo who is following all the sales and commercial issues of the company.
All the products are created and signed by the Doimo Flair which gives the guarantee of the quality since they are also hard tested by Dario Doimo before their entry into the market. The flair bottle is the first product that has been created, with a weight of 430gr this flair bottle respects the features of a 0,7l glass bottles. Right after the Plex Station was created, which turned out to be the best seller of the whole range of products. This amazing item, got so much success due to its innovative finishing completely made by shockproof transparent Plexiglas and the fact that it can be packed into a trolley case to take with you. The maximum capacity between speed rack and juice holder is around 22 bottles, provided with all accessory as neon set, no scratches panel and personalized logo panel. The new entry of the year is the Alu station with a limited edition, that reproduces all the details of the plex station but completely made in coloured aluminium/cases. 4 colours are guaranteed: red, black, blue and grey.
The last creation is the Fly Station that weights only 15kg and therefore available to take with you everywhere in order to keep your training up to high level and also to prepare yourselves for the competition. It is completely made by Shockproof Polycarbonate. Nevertheless the dimensions are smaller of the plex station, it still keeps the capacity of 20 bottles.
After the flair bottles, another accessory to complete the range is the Flair Muddler, exclusively designed with special engraving that allows easily the flow of juices without any squirls.
